The Lorien Trust has facilitated outdoor LARP events for 28 years, and now in 2020 an unprecedented time we have to overcome the challenge of losing an entire yearโ€™s income. This means the Lorien Trust has gone from a strong and profitable position, investing for long term improvements โ€“ to a high figure loss. I have been overwhelmed with kind words and positive feedback for this difficult decision and we are confident that with the support of our customers and volunteers we will head into the 2021 season having improved the rules and facilities to match the challenges of the new world that we live in.

As a proud individual and long-standing businessman, I find it very humbling to ask you, my customers, to support the Lorien Trust and the financial situation I find myself in. We would prefer for those with an All 4 booking to accept a credit to roll forward to the events in 2021, but obviously we will honour and swiftly process any refund requests as we have with our earlier events in 2020. However, if you are in a fortunate position and feel you would like to donate individual booked ticket or your All 4 ticket back to the LT this would help us off set our losses.

We will endeavour to process your 2020 cancelled event ticket requests as quickly as possible; you have until 31st July 2020 to email in your request after that time we will automatically refund or credit as detailed below.
