Weapons Check Guidelines

The minimum requirements for weapons to be cleared for use at Lorien Trust Events

There are many ways to book with the Lorien Trust. Click the relevant tab for more information.

  • Postal Booking. (Best for larger groups, 8+ persons, available to to everyone)
    • You can download the Blank PDF from the publications section of the website
      • Be sure to select the correct form
        • New Customer Booking Form
        • Booking Form
    • Prefilled PDF To keep things simple, a member of the Office team can pre populate the PDF with your details and email them over for you to print, sign and return by post along with your payment.
      • NOTE – Data sent via emails is not encrypted.
      • Debit / Credit Payments are made through Sagepay.
      • Cheques and Postal Orders (please Cross these) must be made payable to The Lorien Trust
    • You are able to book for yourself and any persons for whom you are a legal guardian.
      • You are not able to book for another person over 16 years. They must sign the form themselves.
      • You are able to make payment for another person.

Telephone Booking. (Best for medium multiple bookings (5-8 persons, available to everyone)

  • Bookings can be taken by telephone during office hours only (unless advertised).
    • Secure Payments are made through Sagepay
  • You are are able to book for yourself and any persons for whom you are a legal guardian.
    • You are not able to book for another person over 16 years. They must sign the form themselves.
    • You are able to make payment for another person.
  • This will necessitate a Prefilled PDF To keep things simple, a member of the Office team can pre populate the PDF with your details and email them over for you to print, sign and return.
    • NOTE  Data sent via emails is not encrypted.
    • Electronic signatures (We dispatch the PDF through adobe Fill & Sign.)
  • These can be returned by post for credit/debit, Cheque or Postal order payments
  • These can be returned by email for electonic payments made over the telephone.
    • Secure Payments are made through Sagepay
  • Online Booking. (Best suited for individuals, couples and family units, available to everyone)
    • You will be able to;
      • Log into your account using your credentials.
      • Book online for yourself and for other customers.
        • Secure Payments are made through Sagepay
        • All tickets purchased will be sent to your address.
      • This process allows you to allocate tickets to others from your basket.
