Lions
The Lions were once the rulers of Albion. Upon losing the Albion civil war to the Harts, the Lions were exiled to the dream realm of Avalon. They soon found themselves at war with the Nosta Kar, and upon realising that the war was lost; they abandoned Avalon, leaving only a small band of heroes known as the Gateguard to hold the line.
The Lions brought the historic Camelot through the Void and around it they raised the islands of Lantia, which is where they now reside. Truth, Honour and Justice are the cornerstones of their laws, their belief and their society. They fight for the right of the common man to live his life in peace. For these values the Lions will stand, against the ending of the world.
King Hengist MacConnel
Last surviving member of The Gateguard, Hengist stood with the late King Rhino Khazad to stem the tide of the Nosta Kar host allowing the rest of the Lions to escape from Avalon ahead of its impending destruction.
Since then he has worked tirelessly to ensure the continued safety and success of the Lions. Inheriting the Crown from Her Majesty Tope Shoshoni, Hengist embodies the true courage of the Lion.
Crown Prince Seraphim Darkendale
Adopted, as so many others are, into House Darkendale; Seraphim spent his formative years serving amongst the priesthood in Caledonia.
Joining the Lions as a ritualist he was quickly inducted to the post of Royal Hand. He was then soon elevated to the monarchy, firstly as Prince and then Crown Prince.
Seraphim tries above all to do the right thing, not just the necessary thing.
Megiddo Darkendale Stone
Megiddo is a member of Blue Lance of The Prince Bishop's Men. Some years ago, Megiddo and his comrades became trapped in the Void and his unit took on the moniker of Void Lance. Megiddo returned to Erdreja shortly before the Cataclysm and despite doing all in his power to avoid promotion he made his way swiftly up the ranks until (much to his chagrin) he was awarded the role of a Prince of Lantia.
Megiddo takes the role of Protector very seriously, constantly putting himself in harm's way to defend his people and his faction.
