The Akari, a spent force, broken, driven at last from Lantia. Yet peace does not sit well upon the Jewelled Isles. The Achillean, a title once honoured amongst the Lions now stands against us. Implacable, unstoppable and deadly. The Lions must meet one more to devise a means to protect the people and the land.
And so the call goes out to gather, one and all, unto a great Parliament such has not been seen in many years. Together we will find a way to beat this threat; or die in the attempt.
OOC Information
Cost - £40 pre-book before 08/02/2010, £45 thereafter (space allowing). NB: spaces and tickets cannot be transferred without consultation with Burning Ambitions and a small admin fee will apply.
Catering will be provided by Caterporium. A meal ticket for the weekend must be pre-booked and is available for a cost of £20.00. The cost for this should be included with your booking. Example menus are available for download at www.caterporium.com. Note that the Saturday night meal is NOT included in the basic ticket price, it is instead included in the cost of the meal ticket.
Eligibility - Members of the Lions will have priority until the advance cut-off date. Non-Lion bookings and secondary characters will not be processed until after that time. While guests from other factions are welcome, non-Lions are asked to state their reason for wishing to attend on the booking form or have a Lions "sponsor" who has invited them and will stand for their good behaviour.
Monsters - A limited number of monster places are available. Monsters will be fed throughout the weekend, have highest priority for indoor accommodation and will be given time to play their own characters if possible. Monsters must still provide a booking form (but may choose not to provide IC details if they do not wish to play their character). We ask that monsters pay a cost of £5.00 to set towards their food bill.
Deadlines - Booking forms and payment (payable to BURNING AMBITIONS) must arrive postmarked no later than 08/02/2010 to qualify for the advance booking discount. Thereafter the full fee will apply.
Accommodation - Pre-booked staff and monsters will have highest priority for bunks and indoor crash space. Any remaining bunks will be allocated on medical grounds only.
Event Guide will be emailed one week before the event, along with directions to the site and further information. Additional copies of the event guide will be available for download from the Lions Website.
